Do you knit or crochet or know somebody who does?  Friedens is beginning a Wrapped in Love Prayer Shawl Ministry.  This ministry is an opportunity to care for others through knitting and crocheting.  Shawls will be given to those who are sick, grieving, hurting or going through life’s changes.  The shawl maker begins with prayers and blessings for the recipient.  Upon completion, a final blessing is offered before the shawl is sent on its way.  Any talent from beginner to advanced is welcome.  Simple patterns are provided or use a pattern of your own.  Not crafty?  Donations of yarn are also accepted.  Contact Pastor Corrine or Denise in the church office at 610-987-3536 for information on how to start.
